Gallary image creation error 
Author: Abdulkareem AljuhaimanAdding jpg images from the same directory into a gallary on a single sell page gives image creation error. I tried a new project that had nothing but a gallary, tried different styles, tried removing the images and adding them again. Tried to see if it had to do with the image file size or the image resalotion , number of images in gallary. Could not find any relation. Removing the images saving the project closing website then start website again load the project add the same images in the same order , the result is that some if the images that had error creating image were created and some other ones had a problem. I am getting more image creation errors since Windows 10 had an ubdat on Apr 25 2016.
What makes it more strange is that the thumbnail image might not show and an image creation error message might appear instead, but when I click on the thumbnail the full image shows, and when I click on some thumbnail images that were created the full image gives the message "Errore creating Image"
The Jpg files created by the same program taken with the same camera. Generating an html gallary using the same images using "Xnview html generator" all the images and thumbnails are created.
P.S. My operating system is Windows 10 64 Bit home.

Using the same pictures from same directory on new project gives the message "image creation error" followed by file name and directory path. Removing the images then add them again (same images) I get errors on different images.
I tried uninstalling Website x5 and reinstalling it, but same out com.
The errors are random.
What makes it worse is that sometimes the Thumb images were not generated and gave error but when you click on it the main image appears fine, on the other hand clicking on a thumb image will yield a main image creation error. See attached screen capture files. Image1 shows a good thumbnail image and an “error creation image” for the main image. Image 2 is the opposite the thumbnail image gives error, but cling on it the main image shows and was generated correctly.

It seems other users have been complaining about image creation error with older versions too, and all I hear is press Ctrl button while you preview, or make sure the images are still
in the same directory and not moved or deleted.<!--?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" ?-->
Couldn’t the program display error message when it does not find the image at the time of creation!
Hello,
i suggest you do not use the big images, try reduce the "size" of the images < 1Mb.
Add these in your gallery, click on the CTRL+ Preview and export all site in your server.

I tried less than 500kByte, but same problem.
I thought it might have to do with the level of subdirectory the image is stored at so I tried a one level directory (no subdirectories).
Please note that saving the project then opening it again other errors on other images.

have you try click on the CTRL+Preview and re export all site?
Can you tell me your URL of your site please?
Try in a new project, insert gallery and test if the images are visible.
