Preview Does Not Load  en

After I installed the latest updates for Professional 12, the Preview does not load anymore. After a long while I get a time out message with some strange characters. It is critically important that I get this resolved as soon as possible.

Hello Chris,

Does it happens with every project also a new one?

Could you send a sreenshot of the error message you get?

Try to change the port in the preferences when you start the program to see if this helps.

Hi Gabriele,

I suspect that it is due to a firewall rule if something similar. If I unplug from the network, everything works fine, but the moment I connect, the preview doesn't work.

The strange thing is that it only happens after the recent update; something must have changed for the firewall to block the preview.

I will take it up with our IT department.
