Website x5 professional 12 getting crash error while working with project

I am using website x5 professional 12 software, when I run the application after 5 minutes of using it give me an error message and close the running application. And after that also it doesn’t get completely close I need to go to task manager and then I need to close the full running application.

Does it happens only with this project or also with a new one?
Do you get the error message on a specific function of the program or action?
Can you please open the details tab of the error message and paste the content here?

yes I have actually tried with my other ideas such as net framing with windows and media plugins like that... so after that now it is working properly.... till now after posting question....
so many thanks for your approaches… if anything happen in future again I will post and let you know…
