Shopping cart layout

I've created a shopping cart for folks who want to use PayPal to register for the 2016 Heritage League of the 2nd Air Division convention and business meeting. I'm attaching an image on how the products are displayed on the website using the off-line viewing.
How do I get the products to live up one over the other? I am totally clueless when it comes to the shopping cart issues. I finally figured out how to get the selected products values to show up in PayPal.
This is a hot item as our convention is in the middle of September. All suggestions greatfully accepted.

You do this using the 'Frame per row' setting in the Product Catalog Object, as per the instructions in the help file:
You can use the options in Frames Settings to define:
▪Frame per row: how many product cards there are in a single row.
