Getting an E-mail form to work

I am new to X5, and I am using v12.x.x.28( Latest Version
My wold like to know how to correctly set up an email form using Gmail. Areas I am interested in are:
Data Management and the form send tab
I have tried several combinations, even trying to test from the admin page (my.website.com/admin)
In the meantime, I will continue searching the post

It helps if you describe what doesn't work.
Did you run in admin the test ? Where all results green ?
Maybe the help file that you can call in any object with F1 can help as well ?
