Incomedia will get back to you here in Answers.

I have set this post for them to read.

They don't work in the weekends so you have to be a little patience, they probable react on monday or tuesday.

THX.

PS Why do you want a refund? Is there something that did not work correct ?

I am always weary of this auto web builders.

BUT even if the builder was not what I was expecting, which it isn't, I would have been happy with 500 images.

Turns out you don't get the images, they are only acessable though the system and all resolution is lost when you import them. If I had of known this I would not have purchased.

I did go and have a go at making my website. and here are some of the issues I had:

1. The layout page is on a complete seperate screen to the preview page. This is rediculious. I have to try and make up in my head what its going to look like, how the elements will look, where the images will sit etc. Very poorly done and almost impossible to get any real sence of visual construct, something I am prety good at generally.

2. The system kept crashing. Freezing and not saving. Probally because I was going back and forwath from the text image screen and preview screen to try and work out how the bloody hell to get it to look anything remotly like my current site.

3. When I did put in text. It was a long page and the headed repeated half way down the page and it looked like a child built it. Just terrible!

4. There are no video how to pages, no instructional pages. The landing page is a sales board wanting more money from me.

a) this was confronting and very confusing. I almost closed the program there and filed a complaint in Paypal.

b) why was this opening page not full of instructions on how to use it, where to get help. How to get connected in the comunity.

I think you have the potential for a really great product but right now I don't think you know your customers needs. If you ran a servey and got to know your customer more you might have a product better suited to their needs.

Sorry, I would give this 2 stars.

I hope my feed back helps. I have tried to be honest with you.

Paul

Hi, as told you Andre E this kinf of complain is only matter for the staff, and I'm sure they will open a private post, but on this community every day we read similar post, and often the origin is a misanderstood. You are talking about 500 imagines, and my first question is: Have you prepared in a good manner them? according their weight, their size, their name, and their extension. You have reason if you are looking for a magic wand; ponder for a moment if you spent time to understand the base of the program...

Thanks Paul, Your feedback is well apprieciated.

For some points I can help, for instance on the preview, you can set at startup in preference, to see changes immadiatly in preview, this makes it easyer to see what you are doing.

There are a lot of pictures, must be a few thousend, they are all well over 1000 pixels wich is for websites more then enough, else loading will take too long for users.

It's not handy to set these pictures on your pc during install or so, this will create and increadable big install file and also a big impact on your hard drive for ussually only a few pictures that users use.

That way nobody would use X5. So it's online and this is also easyer to correct and add pictures, without needing to download it locally again...

There is the F1 button in the program with a very good help file. And in this community you also get a lot of answers for practical solutiions, from users or Incomedia.

As Gabriele said, you can set the post to private, Then only Incomedia can respond.

Hope you will give it another try, if not, Incomedia will get back anyway, like I said in the first post.

Thank you,

Best Regards, Andre
