Cart in Header

Hi all
I have a link to cart in header just to show how many itmes already added to cart. If im scrolling to the bottom of page than header is not anymore visible and I cant see added items. Any way to make header always visible if scroling page to the bootom?

You can paste the code for basket in the foot or create a menu item with link to the cart. So it is in the menu also repsonsive accessible and in the foot of responsive also inserted
