Unable to open the project after reinstalling PC

Some time ago I've bought Website X5 in version 9. I installed the software on the PC, developed and published a new project. Now I re-install the PC again installed Website X5 version 9.1.12.1975 and I can not open my project. While browsing the directory with the project I do not see project.iwprj file, although there is. When I type in the full path to import the file name, appears to me the error "Your project can not be opened because it was created in an earlier version than 8"
What with this? I need to edit the web and I can not! Thanks.

With the release of the current Version 12, Incomedia will no longer provide technical support for Version 9 of WebSite X5, except for matters regarding how to install and register the licence key.
We suggest to those who are still using a licence of WebSite X5 Evolution 9, to check the availability of updates and in if you find any, to download and install them.
We would like to remind you the updates can be found in the "Download" page.
