Good Day!
I created a online form for my site http://c4rh.org/information-sheet.html but when I add the ATTACH FILE BUTTON and the site is online. It keep's on saying the FORMAT I ATTACH IS NOT CORRECT when i was only attachinh JPG or PNG format. What am i doing wrong?

They have defined the accepted file types in the file uploads field properties ?

When you put the attach file, the field properties is already defined and you can only attach jpg, png and zip but in some manner it seems it wont accept it.

try go in the admin page hhttp://c4rh.org/admin and in the tab test try to send ad email with attachment.
If don't work you need change script or contact the server provider that you use.
