I exported the products list to Ms excel.csv and then imported them into the hosting db,  this is the message I received back:

It seems that both WebSite X5 and your site are unable to connect to the MySQL server.

I would suggest to check your connection settings and to visit the "/admin" section of your site. There you can execute the site's self-test to ensure that the MySQL connection can be correctly established.

Hi Claudio, I had tried that and all 4 tests came up passed. That was the first thing I checked out.

Using cube cart from my hosting provider works fine, my provider is hostinger.co.uk

It seems that the MySQL access is not working yet.
