Hi Guys,,

I hope finding an answer to my request please..

The fact that the resolution of my website get a bit decreased time browsing it, on the resolution 1920px everything is fine but time changing  to 960px or 450px then in this case I am not able to see the Header, Footer and the Menu as well.

Thanks in advance.

Hey Paul,

Thanks for getting back to me,

I am not so sure if I understood your reply, "use separate template".

According the link, The responsive template is available only on the horizontal Menu which I have it already horizontally.

Should be available time uploading the file on the web?

Thanks Paul.

Saad

Yes, you need to go to Step 1 General Settings > Template Style > Responsive Template Structure and customise the menu, header and footer using the various settings in that section...  these will be displayed in the smaller (mobile) viewports.

At full (desktop) resolution the menu, header and footer will be as determined by your settings in Step 1 General Settings > Template Style > Main Template Structure

The two templates are unique and different.  You must use both if you want to have a responsive website which displays properly at lower resolutions.

Please read through the relevant sections of the helpfile for a fuller understanding of how the responsive functionality works in WebSite X5:
