V12 pro Connection error ftp_get current directory

Hi
I have v12 pro. When uploading to my host I keep getting an error message, 'Connection error ftp_get current directory'. (see attachment). How can I cure this.

Posted on the
remove the ftp folder link from the destination folder in x5 completely then connect and go to the correct folder.
x5 will then ask to set the new- correct folder and then it's ok.
u can try activating or not the passive mode
