Missing file on start up

Ver 12 Pro www.yorkshirecentreacu.co.uk
Download latest version this afternoon. Started programme and get the following message. See picture. All was working OK this morning. I have uninstalled the programme twice - restarted but still get the error message. Could not load 'Celsharp.core.dll' or one of its dependencies....

Please install/reinstall the X86 versions of the Visual C++ libraries from the following link:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003
Please be sure to install the 32-bit (X86) versions, even if you are running a 64-bit operating system.
You will need the following versions:
2010, 2012, 2013, 2015
