Downloading latest version of Websitex5 12 PRO with latest update files?

Hello:
I would like to find out, if after I purchased websiteX5 12PRO a full version of the software with the latest updates can be downloaded or purchased?
I have noticed that updates do happen while opening the program, but what would happen if a new installation needs to me made. Sometimes I do have computer issues on which I have to update hardware and reinstall software on a reformated drive.

Thank you for your answer. But I do have a question. How come the file is smaller if it contains the latest update? My first download on 10/02/15 was of 338.1MB, but the new file downloaded from the website is smaller, only 323MB. Is that Normal? see the compare size on image attach.

Please see the new screenshot which shows both files next to each but different size. Can you let me know What is that I am downloading? It Seems that the file downloaded on 10-02-15 is way bigger than the one downloaded 09-25-16. Is that the full software I just downloaded or only the Updates files? Sorry for the continued asking, but I would like to know what's going on so I can properly burn the files and label them properly.

The setup file located at the link I posted earlier is the FULL installation file (not just updates), and it is definitely the most current file available.

You still haven't answered my question. If the file on the link you provide me is the current version, why the file is smaller that the file I purchased back on 2015?
2015 file size: 330,202 KB
2016 file size your link: 2,298 KB
Please explain this to me because there is a big BIG difference on file size!!
If I am wrong please let me know and guide me to the proper place to ensure that small file is the current version full version!

Also know, that the file on the link you provided me is corrupted. After trying to install it, an error message pop up. Please see the attach screen image.

I would like to apologize to you. After carefully comparing files, it seems the download from the link you provided me was corrupted at the time download was started. I believe it was an error at my end since my internet connection has been acting up lately while speeds continue to dramatically drop.
After doing a second download, the full completed latest version was downloaded and now I can see the differences between the purchased version on 2015 and the latest version of 2016.
