Impreview cant load/import my page version 13

I bought website 13. I did import my website from wx5v12 to wx5 version 13. In version 13 preview doesnt work. i wait many minutes (about 20 min), but green bar still not ending the preview.
How long i need to wait?

Does the same happens also with a new project or only with an imported one?
Which windows version are you using?
