I've exported my site with v12, I've tried importing into v13 and I keep getting "An error occured while loading the project. ( A local file header is corrupt.)"
Ive exported to different drives and locations but get the same result.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Update:
I've exported a smaller old site and imported it into 13 no problems. The old site took seconds to export and import.
The larger site, the one im having problems with, takes 4+ minutes to export, and when I try the import with v13, I get the error at 18% imported.
I'm having the same issue unable to successfully import from ver 12 to Ver 13. (Local file header is corrupt) do not have issuses opening the fiole in Version 12.
Gregg, is it possible that your larger site has large images/photos in it? How big is the iwzip?
Hello. The same problem here. "A local file header is corrupt". My site www.smato.sk - full of pictures. Total iwzip file is 9.3GB. I exported the Project including web fonts, but still the same problem at 20% loading the Project.
Pls help with importing to X5 ver 13. I am importing from version 11, not v12...
Thank you
BR. Peter
Peter, hopefully Incomedia will step forward. I would be exporting excluding everything possible. That is a BIG iwzip file :-(

My site does have photos, and the iwzip is 7.2GB.

I just installed the update, and I still get the same error at the same time.

I did a new export from v12. I only included the web font option. it reduced my iwzip file to 1.5GB and then I was able to successfully import into v13.
How did you only include the web font option Gregg? I suspect my problems are also related to a very larg file size (due to photo's and video's).

That was done in the export from v12. Bring up the Export window and Under the destination folder address line, I have 3 option boxes.
1. include a copy of the WebSite preview files
2. include the backup copies
3. Add Web Font copy.
I left the compression level at 1 - None
I only checked the last one, #3, and it made my iwzip file much smaller.
Hope that helps.
Hello,
In case of very large projects please follow these steps:
-Once you have the .iwzip file, rename it as .zip (if you do not see the filename extensions you have to enable them from the Windows control panel).
-Then extract the contents of the file into a folder, you can use a default program like 7zip or select "extract" from the Windows menu.
-Select the contents you have extracted in the folder and recreate the .zip storage (to do this you can use either the Windows default compressor or 7zip).
-Then rename the file you have just created from .zip to .iwzip, so to import it into version 13 by clicking on the specific button "import" and by selecting the file.
Many thanks!
Hello Claudio. Does not work for me... "Unknown file format" Import aborted.
Any other idea pls? Thx
Peter
Hello Peter,
Which program did you use to create the zip file?
Try to select all files in the unzipped folder and then use the rightclick option and choose to create a zip file.
Once done then rename it to IWZIP and test it again.
Many thanks!
Hello. I used Gregg's advice, made smaller .iwzip and now it works. Thank you. Peter
