Strange, did you try a new download and install that one?
If it does not help, can you post your pc specs?
Thanks
Same problem. I downloaded the Demo (professional) several time from different computers.
Tested on 3 computers running different Windows versions (7sp1, 8, 10).
Always occured the error "Incomeda WebSite X5 Professional Demo has stopped working..."
The Demo was set up as administrator. Tried to apply all suggestions found into the community, but always the same problem.
Hello Nhojo and Riccardo,
Please try to follow these steps:
Start the windows command prompt by opening the start in windows and then search for cmd.exe and once opened write:
lodctr /R
and then press enter
Once done test the program again.
Please keep me updated.
Hi Claudio,
Tried with lodctr /R
It happens the same problem in all my 3 computers:
"Incomeda WebSite X5 Professional Demo has stopped working..."
I hope you can fix it before my buy offer will be expired.
Thanks
Hello Riccardo,
Please try in this case to repair the .NET frameworks:
For the windows 10 computer follow these steps:
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.
For Windows 8:
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.5 and then click ok.
And for windows 7:
To repair the .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4 you need as first to use following cleanup tool to remove .NET 4:
http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
Once done go to Control Panel then choose Programs and Features and then click on Turn Windows features on or off. Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1
This procedure can take some time to deactivate and activate .NET 3.5.1 and once done reinstall .NET 4 after downloading it from following link:

Please keep me updated.

Hello Riccardo,
Do zou have a program called Web-Companion or Lavasoft installed on your computer?
If yes proceed to uninstall it and then test it again.
Many thanks!
