Hello Baladis,

Which windows version are you using?

Please try following:

Open the windows start menu or press the Windows Key + R and search for cmd.exe and run it.

In the Command Prompt enter following command:

lodctr /R

Press enter and once it finishes try to install the program again.

Many thanks!

You need to remove the tick/solved/correct status from this thread, in case the support team assume (understandably) that your problem is resolved.

Hello Baladis,

Do you still receive the same error or while you where using this function you received and error like as example error 5?

If you received error 5 you will need to run the command prompt as administrator.

Try please also to install the visual C++ libraries you find under following links:

2010 - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
2012 - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
2013 - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
2015 - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Choose to install the x86 and x64 versions and in case these are already present uninstall them and then install them by using the ones under the links above.

Please keep me updated and let me know the exact error message you receive in order to help you further.

Many thanks!
