Contact form not sending email

Dear Community
I'm working with Evolution v.9.
On my website I have an contact form that did work 100%.
The last periode, I have discovered that the form aint sending any email to me, but only the "feedback email" to the costumer..
I cant find any ploblems inside the form setup. I did contact my webservice provider and everything looks OK and server is running PHP 5.6...
Is this a known problem?
I tried to make a new website with a contact form, but that didnt help. Only feedback email to the costumer is being send... Why does the mail email dont get to me.

Goto step1 settings advanced -> database management set a lower email script, upload and then try again.
You can test the email functionality in your admin panel (goto your website and put /admin behind it)
the login is found in x5, step1 settings advanced -> acces management
