Hide Captcha, Files, Res etc

Dear Fellow WebsiteX5 (version 9) users,
On my current website it's possible to go to website.com/files, website.com/res etc. and basically get every file from there. I want to block the acces to those pages using the url but I don't know how to.
Does one of you have an idea?

If you block it, then people will not be able to see your website.
Normally everybody can read it, but people can't edit it, else your website won't be there, it needs to be viewed bij visitors.
May I ask why you want this? Then i can maybe help you better, it's for instance possible to protect it better from webcrawlers bij using a file called .htacces. or and robots.txt
Please search internet for it, there are plenty examples and explanations over it.
