Unable to close the program

Hi,
I have V 13 prof. After starting program it is impossible to close it regulary (with cross in the right corner). The only way how to close the program is running the task manager and with its help I can end it. I don t think this is the "normal" status. I have WIN10 64 bit.

What happens when you click the X in the upper right?
Do this with and without an open project?
Is there a message from Windows or websitex5?

@Ivan, have you tried to start the program "as administrator" : right click on the program's shortcut and run as administrator...
