Hello my dear friends here, i'm looking how to make a different header on every page in full with of the browser. This header should be changing pictures like a galary and have some animated tekst in it too! I know it is a lot to ask, but since i have no manual in dutch available, and i do not know how to overcome this problem. Please Help.

And by the way Incomedia is still not delivering a manual in dutch for me to print out, I need this since i'm having problems changing English in to Dutch.

I'm Greatfull for all help.

Regards Henri Vrehen

P.S. I'm using X5 version 13 Pro

Henri, I do not believe the native WX5 supports this, it does not support full width headers, it does not support slideshows in headers and it does not support different headers on different pages.

It does support full width images and movies behind a row of cells which could emulate a different header on each page, but sadly not slideshows.

You may wish to refer to this link and check out the website created with wowslider, it may provide the solution for you.

Henri,

Esahc is correct. The design for the header is not made for multi pictures on pages and then let them change on itself as well.

To be honest, I once made a website like that with custom coding, it was difficult but got it working. It looked very nice, untill I had to look up something myself in the shop part and was not at home. So I used my phone and I can tell you terrible was not even a good word at the moment I could not reach pages it kept waiting and waiting and then the next page same thing, scrolling down toke ages......arrrgh, and that was even on the local wifi connection! So next day I removed all code, got some normal templates and made seperate gallerys on te pages. (and yes the code and the whole project got deleted) Never again I promissed myself.

Keep this in mind when designing, on a pc it looks great, connection speed is also there and a good screen. But what about slow connections and smaller screens?

I hope someone will help you further but keep my mistake in mind....

Best Regards,

Andre
