El programa no aranca  es

Tras la instalación en un PC con Windows 10, el programa se lanza pero aparece una ventana indicando que está actualizando las bibliotecas (Updating Libraries).

En esta ventana se queda bloqueado.

El número de la versión es la 13.2.0.19 (64 bit).

¿Puede el soporte dar alguna ayuda?

Buen día Joaquin,

tratá de hacer lo siguiente para resolver tu problema: abrí el prompt de los comandos de Windows como administrador y hacé lodctr /R.

Ha ha ha! Are you using an Argentinean dictionary? laughing

Apparently the problem was provoked with my ISP router; once I run the program on my laptop at home, it completed updating libraries, whatever this may mean, after less than 1 minute and it has worked fine since then.

Back to my desktop PC in the office, it runs fine today, without further intervention.

I think you have maybe changed some bits of the traffic you tried to re-route to our PCs and were barred by my ISP (Orange).

A good thing, but we likely may feel suspcious about this flow of information coming from and onto your servers, don't we?

I keep your instructions, though, just in case.

Trata lo siguiente:

1- Desinstala el producto, reinicia la pc

2-Descarga desde el sitio de descargas de website x5 cuando te registras

3-instala el producto como administrador
