Different menu colours (Individual items)

Is it possible to change the colours of an individual menu item ? For example if I wanted item one of a sub menu in red and item 2 of the same sub menu in blue ?

No the menu items are standard for every group. you can make the main menu different from the pulldownmenu, but the same menu's have same settings.
