Hello Artur, this can happen when you install X5 under a different user profile than the one you're using. Also if you installed X5 under a "standard" user profile and used the adminstrator password to install, this will fail every time. Just a couple of thoughts.

I don't like to operate under an admin user profile myself. So anytime I install X5 or update I change my standard user to adminstrator, do what needs to be done and always open the program, and then back to the standard user profile. Always works for me with no problems.

Remember that X5 does not very from their rules about software usage. Being one user on two computers. Unlike many programs that can have many users on the same computer. Of course you can do the folder copy and paste as posted several times.
