My antivirus program NORTON has deleted my access to WebSite X5 professional 13
It says the connection is insecure and therefore delete the shortcut
What must I do to establish access again ??

create a new shortcut? depends a bit on the OS, but press start type website (that should be enough) drag the x5 program to your desktop.

Greeting TS, there's something going on here that's not normal. Did you run the other versions of X5 with Norton on? When you installed and 1st opened was Norton AV/IS off for 15-30 minutes? Remember, if you reboot most AVs will automatically turn back on.
I'm sure many people are running some sort of AV or internet security program and X5 with no problems, myself included. You should not have to disable AV/IS when opening a program. But you may need to disable it when installing. Let us know how you are doing.
