Hamburger Menu Text Please

Hi,
Missing from the hamburger menu is a text indicating "menu" as well.
People just don't know Hamburger menu is a menu.
I have tried to add an image with an arrow in place of company logo to get their attention to the menu but it looks a bit weird.
Please a text menu indicator right next to the hamburger menu.

The hamburermenu is nowerdays a standard for mobiles but also for menu's in program's. See for instance firefox.
The newer websites use it almoast all, so maybe it is also a bit of getting familiar with it.
I think it helps, if you would change your design, to place it a bit lower, under the header or inside.\ at least for the time being. But that's up to you offcource.
A tooltip however on the hamburgermenu itself is an excelent idea, firefox has that also, so I changed your post to an IDEA post and hopefullly Incomedia can add your request in future versions.
