Crash on preview mode

Since I updated to X13 the software is crashing to many times when I want a PREVIEW. The software does not close but lokks like is turning into an infinite loop.
I have to call the MNAGER tool to shut down the program.
I used many X5 version but this one is the worst.

Wagner, I assume this is a project imported from V12, was it previously responsive? Irrespective, try turning off responsive, make sure there are no empty spaces on the page you are previewing, and if it is graphics intensive, make sure they are no bigger than required. V12 had some issues with these things, but V13 really struggles. If the problem is on ALL pages, revisit the header and footer content and convert any (previously text) images to text again. When you turn on responsive, visit each resolution in the header and footer to make sure everything that should be visible is.
My first conversion saw large images and large text images placed just outside the viewable area in the headers and footers at lesser resolutions - problems seemed to dissipate once this was fixed.

PS I found that if I visited every page on my imported site and clicked save, when I finished the preview worked without issue.

Yes it is a project from V12 but it was working perfecly with 12. I also do the saving of every page before viewing but it does not help all the time.
If I recall their was some setup in V11 or V10 that we were able to modify such as buffer etc..
I will check if I have any space (line or colomn) in my pages.
I let you know if there is any changes.
