No v13 manual in Dutch: how to get help  en

I'm deeply disapointed in incomedia since the relief of version 13 professional, i bought it but so far no solution to my questions and a lot of credits to stuff that schould be in it normaly. It looks like they do not need us as user anymore! I'm sorry for this oppinion the service is bad from your point of the program, many people complain! YOU SHOULD TAKE NOTICE OF THIS.

I'm shure many people have had it by now. Come on and do not let your customers standing in the cold! To be honest i have not made one website for my customers so far. I am so dissapointed in you! This is what makes people look for other programs on the market, people you should have. I'm considdering to check out Adobe Muse, they offer also good stuff.

So where is our Dutch manual!!!! and be a little bit more helpfull in solving problems asked by your customers. Okay i sound negative, that is because you let us down. Your christmas advent calendar is a real dissapointment. These are no advent gifts!

Annyway i hope for some better times to come from now, and i wish you and your family and friends a good xmas and healthy newyear.

I agree with you... I think that Incomedia dont need a webdesigner, they are only consider now to sell the module for starter designers. We old web designers that use this aplication from v8 > up are disapointed in the way that company threat us... And v13 is a verry buggy appp, verry bad solved resposive design... The aplication is crashing all the time... Incomedia i like your app and i'm using it but i try to migrate to diferent system design like page cloud, wordpress ect... Please go with the new website standards or don't make a aplication again...

Ich bin ein Fan von X5, bis V12. V13 ist eine Katastrophe, zumindest mit Win10Pro. Projekte lassen sich nicht importieren. Die Seiten von neuen  Projekten nicht bearbeiten. "Giorgio" gibt seit 2,5 Monaten Tipps, die nichts bringen. Seit ein paar Wochen kommen gar keine Antworten mehr...

The problem with Incomedia is they have been taken over by an over zelous marketing team that know nothing about customer relations or web design software, its all about the money, I bet the CEO he is living like Riley and laughing all the way to the bank, who I know started in IT way back when I did, but forgot about us, whilst living too much of the good life.

Actually after reading this http://www.filecritic.com/meet-incomedia-ceo-federico-ranfagni/ you might get the picture of what is going on here, and the ties to Cleverbridge, who are very aggressive with sales and marketing, and also know absolutely nothing about about software design, and more importantly testing.

What's the point wrighting here? Nothing is beeing solved, slow customer service... No update recently... No fixing bugs, no fixing responsive module (header/futer...) What's a point here...

The point is no one is listening, and if you notice the helpcenter forum is very selective as to what posts are displayed, I would have thought it go in date order newest to oldest, but it dosent, this is another trick they use to disquise ligitimate customer complaints, so you have to log into your profile and look for it there, so no one else is none the wiser.

They will lose the customers that way... Great aplication but not the vision od developing... I'm sorry but i spoke with some of my client and they migrate from Incomedia cms to Joomla, wordpress, pagecloud... I lost customers, so i only have a hosting provide service. Incomedia CMS for clients is verry poor, just manipulate txt and put a picute in... No sadisfied for my clients. Merry Xmass and happy New Year to all in this forum...

About the WebSite X5 Advent Calendar, we're very sorry to hear that you didn't appreciate it because lots of you loved the surprises included. Yet, the Advent Calendar is mostly made up of special offers (because it is a commercial activity), but you could also find gifts in it: 2 free icon sets and 1 free credit pack.  Did you miss them?

Thank you for the reply, and offcourse we know not all can be solved at once. We give you time to solve the problems that occured, or shall i say the challenges that occured. Let there be no misunderstanding, we all love Incomedia websiteX5, but lately we are as you said yourself, a bit in the cold. So we look foreward to see what beautifull things come pass by in the near future. And we hope our challenges are quickly past and forgotten.

Woow... The answer from Incomedia staff !? VERRY GOOD. I see that we're geting somwere... I will help you as i can but you are need a lot of impruvements... The weather bugs, responsive header/futer problems... I lost some of my clients because od the low funktion on your CMS... Please hurry to fix a liquid problem...

Incomedia has asked me to help out regarding the English manual and have answers in Dutch.

Please let me know where you need help with, you can post this here in Dutch or create a new post in Dutch and I will be very happy to help out in any way I can.

If you are stuck in a question here in the helpcenter you are always free to send me the link of the post by mail, it is difficult to keep track of every post and once a user or Incomedia is helping out I won't interfere.

So If you need more help or have a feeling a question does not run the way you wish, mail me the link adres, you can find it in my profile (click my picture), offcource it can also be an Englisch post.

On your other item regarding the christmas advent calendar, I have picked up 3 items that where for free, and also bought a software package with 90% discount! (from 150 to 15 euro).

Sorry there where no items for you or that you have missed them, you can keep up with offer from Incomedia also by email in your account, you can there set if you want a newsletter and even what kind of info you wish te receive.

This is done in your portal, top right pulldown menu next to your name, goto my profile and select the newsletter options.

Incomedia heeft mij gevraagd om je helpen met betrekking tot de Engels handleiding vooral van wege het ontbreken van een Nederlandse handleiding in v13.

Graag hoor ik waar je hulp mee wil, dat kan in deze melding in het Nederlands of maak een nieuwe melding in het Nederlands.

Als je vast zit in een vraag hier in de HelpCenter ben je ook altijd welkom om de link van deze melding per mail te sturen, het is voor mij moeilijk bij te houden als een melding eenmaal in behandeling is hoe deze loopt, meestal bemoei ik me er dan niet meer mee.....

Dus als een vraag niet loopt zoals je mag verwachten, mail mij de link, je kunt mijn mailadres vinden in mijn profiel (klik op mijn foto), het mag uiteraard ook een Englisch bericht kan zijn.

Op je een andere opmerking met betrekking tot de Kerst adventskalender, ik heb zelf 3 items die gratis zijn gescoord, en ook een software pakket met 90% korting! (150-15 euro) gekocht.
