Does tick off destoy basket functionality - suggestion  en

Hi, everyone

I run version 11 of websiteX5 Professional.

When a customer puts something in the shopping basket, some browsers, when confirming the basket filling, give you an opportunity to tick off not any more to receive such "pop-up" messages on the particular page. I am concerned about what consequences such tick off will have, since the customer can now not any more confirm the placement of items in the basket by pressing "OK".!

If the customer ticks off, what will then happen?  Will he

- be unable to use the webshop in the future because the shopping basket function is jeopardized

- or be unable to buy the specific "ticked off" product in the future

- or wil the items always be put into the basket, but from now without the confirmation?

Is it possible for the shop's webmaster to suppress this "browser tick off offer" so it is does not happen?

Is it possible for the customer to "undo" the setting of not showing the message .. - on the entire site - or page by page - How??

I suggest that next version of X5 eliminates the problem by not allowing browsers to ask for the tick off!

Hello Thorleik Nellemann,

If you tick off this function the products will still be added in the cart but it won't show the message box.

Once you reload the page the message will appear again since it is stopped only until you reload the page.

This message comes from the browser and there is no way to suppress it since it's a function of the browser.

Just by reloading the page it will work again normally.
