I learned at the provider about PHP on the server. No problem, they said, working version PHP 5.3. I think no problem too, because my forum http://dopotopa.con/forum works good and quick. What I have to do further?

I think it's a server issue, not something directly related to the software.
I kindly suggest you to get in touch with your server, explain the issue you're experiencing and see what they say.
