Good day,
Each time I use the HTML code object and make any changes to it the program crashes and even when am on the website online the crash message comes up while Website X5 application is close. Please address this for me Please. I await your timely response.

Please follow this procedure to install again Visual C++:
Download the Visual C++ 2013 installer available on following link (you need to download the x86 version also if the OS is 64bit):

In case this should not help try to use before this repair tool http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135 and then try again to start WebSite X5.

Dale, did you follow ALL of Simone's advise? eg you need the 32 bit version as well.
