In the enclosed message I want to remove the blue colour or the header but i cant do it even after seeing many posts in the helpcenter.

Dhruv, go to step 2, Template Customisation, Template Structure. Select Header Background and change the colour to transparent or white or whatever you like. If you are building a responsive site, you may have to do this also for the various resolutions selected on the left hand side.

THANKS FOR THE ANSWER. PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! I ALSO WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE A MENU ITEM VISIBLE AFTER CLICKING ON IT. IN THE ENCLOSED IMAGE, THE "CONTACT US" PAGE IS OPENED BUT I CAN'T SEE THE "CONTACT US" TAB IN THE MENU. I CAN SEE IT ONLY WHEN I GO ON ITS LOCATION CAN I SEE IT. I WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT PERMANENTLY VISIBLE?
