Program freezes on upload

On only 2 of my sites out of 15, freezes sometimes when upload or saving. I leave it for 1 hour and it does not progress.
I have tried duplicating the site and used new versions. One of the sites has 52 pages.
What I have found is if I export to disk and do a preview before hand, it does not freeze.
It is irritating, any ideas ?

I have to go to the Task Manager and END TASK to get past that. My preview option have save turned on
I have the same problem !

try start the program as administratore and disable the antivirus, you can also try to disable the function "create a backup copy every time you upload".
Let me know.
