My project doesn`t start after the last update on website x5 pro 13 in January 2017 
Author: Campean C.Hello everyone,I opened a new post with just one of my three problems. The other 2 issues are fixed now as I explained in my first post.So, there is a project file, my most important one, that I just couldn`t start anymore since the last update in january 2017. In the creating project files step everything works just fine until, whatever percentage would be: 50%, 81% or even 99% (I tried several times), the application just keep going but the process never ends. I was waiting for it to finish even for 5-6 hours with no succes. I tried, then a version of this project from the time when I worked in Website x5 Pro 12 and after the conversion to Pro 13 version of Website x5, I managed to open it, but after some changes made it just wasn`t possible to save the project.My published site is: sindicatinvatamantgherla.roMy project can be downloaded here: https://drive.google.com/a/wiscollegeprep.org/file/d/0B5e6BZMt1D99RzBsREFRQmxua1k/view?usp=sharing

I have just tried compatibility with windows 7 and also running website x5 as administrator, but it doesn`t work for me.

Hello Ciprian,
Please try to close all programs running in background and then test it again. Try also to import the project in the program on another computer to see if there it works correctly.

Thx for suggestions. I always run website x5 on two systems, my PC and my laptop. And I reinstalled Windows 10 pro on both after this problem. Anyway I tried tu run it after all my background programs were closed on both my PC and laptop. The issue still remains on both, it doesn`t finish creating project files. And this is strange because I have other three projects, indeed very small, that work just fine. But this one wich is almost 2 Gb doesn`t want to.

I have similar problem - from time to time project doesn't want to load and even if it does, the x5 Professional 13 fails (19/20 attempts) to upload changes to the server. Last update is $%^&#$%.
I have the same problem! I was at the bottom. All projects endlessly read (19/20 attempts). I tried everything and shut down the Internet in the background, still problem, re-install WebSite X5 pro13. Can you send me to test previous functional version of WebSite X5 pro13 example. 13.0.3.19. Thanks David
Campean, if your problems only started with the January update, you may wish to temporarily return to V13.0.2.19, Andre kindly supplies a link in the last post.

Ok, I don`t now what`s happenning with Andre links, but I`ve just downloaded, as i said on my previous comment, the link Evo 13.0.2.19 and after that on my computer appeared an archive named: wsx5_pro13_02_19 but inside I found a project .iwzip: Autorska.iwzip.
So, if anybody still has the V 13.0.2.19 of Website x5 pro 13 please send a link for download.

Thanks Esahc for suggestion...
After looking for a while on net I found Website x5 V13.0.2.19, - by the way, I checked also Andre`s links and everything it`s ok now, for everyone who wants to download this version- and I reinstalled it. My project loaded fast as usual, under a minute; I even made some changes on my project, saved them and uploaded it on server with no problems. The application v13.0.2.19, works wonderfull, on both my PC and laptop.
Altough my problem is not yet solved, It was exciting seeing again, how fine the program works and for the moment I`m pleased with this solution, but I also would like to use it in the same way after last or futures updates.
So, if someone find a solution I impatiently wait for it.

Unfortunately last stable version of X5 Professional 13 doesn't solve the problem. After installing Website X5 pro V13.0.2.19 I got information that my project was saved in 13.0.3.22 and it can't be opened. So for me at the moment WebSite X5 Professional is useless.
No -older- backup project available for this version ? That might help you on your way....
I have some older beckup that might work, but too many changes has been done since then (especially on blog) so I don't think it's reasonable solution. But I'm afraid it's the only available.
Well hopefully incomedia can help out as well, i am pritty sure they are lookong in to this issue. Let's hope an update is there fast to cope with this nasty situation.
It's always a good thing before updating to make a project backup or after a lot of changes, or time But that advice is a little late.
Take a look at your backup and try, maybe even the backup function in x5 from the previous version can help as well?
That might be helpfull, try it, it's in the project selection.
