Shopping cart again - what am I missing?

If I select the option to "Add the Product without showing the Cart" how do I get to the Cart? I see no link!

You have to make a text, picture or something on a place who are easy to see (in header, top of the page or you can make it as a part of the menu og where you want it), and then you give this a link to the shoppingcart.

I've done that now, but it really should have been part of the cart.
