In customer details , I cannot tick "country" in the order form.

I have successfully set up my PayPal business account in the PayPal commerce platform.
However, the system will not let me proceed any further unless I tick "country" in the visible column in the order form section of the Customer Details Tab.
I can tick in the mandatory column but not in the visible column. When I try nothing happens.

Okay, step one, so far so good-
Step two, I just picked one option in order to be allowed to proceed-
Step three, I had to put something in here to be allowed to proceed-
Step four, the only thing I can do with the "Country" row is highlight it. I cannot put a tick in the "Visible" Column
..... and if I try to continue, this happens....
at an earlier stage I did manage to get a tick in the "Mandatory" column but on trying to continue I got a similar error message saying that the "Visible" column was required, however it simply won't accept a tick.
I closed WX5, saving first, and when I restarted it the PayPal payment method had disappeared altogether.

Thanks Daniel, I thought the button on the left was greyed out, it certainly looks as though it is!
