Suddenly I can't recieve e-mail from website forms

I am using Website X5 V12 with some e-mail forms in my website. It works perfect until today - suddenly i can't recieve email from my Web.
I got this message in admin test: 2017-02-21 13:04:34] Cannot send email with internal script
I have set the low level scrips and try others to ?
Is there som help to this problem

First thing I would do is check with your provider to see if he upgraded the php version.
If so, check/ask if you can go back to the previous one.

I ask my provider today. The provider is a big company in Denmark, and they have not upgraded the version of PHP.
They told me the current PHP version is 5.3.3 - is that a problem in Websitex5 v.12 or 13 ?
I got the problem with no email from websiteforms for 1 days ago. Until that moment, e-mail function was ok. I tried to back and install a backup of my homepage, from last week, and the samme problem appears. No email funktion.
Next I would do is to go to the admin panel and test the mail functionality again on all scripts
second, do you have this also if you send from another pc from the web?
Also an option do a full upload of your project and test again.

2. I have made test from 3 different computers in the same network (all Win10 - Internet Explorer 11) - the same problem, e-mail still not work from websiteform. I have made the same test outside the house via mobile (Iphone) -same problem.
3. I have made full upload of the project several times now, without result ???
I have made a total new testproject and full uploaded to website, and test the e-mail function - still not work.
I have made a several test from Websitex5 V12 and V13 on 2 diffent computers. There is the same problem: E-mail not work anymore.
Note, everything worked perfectly until 2 days ago.
Is there other way to set up e-mail function ? eg. E-mail by SMTP and speak to my provider ? I dont know ??
What should I do now ??

23/2-2017: After contact to my provider several times, they told me now that, mail cannot longere be send by websiteform/PHP because safety reasons.
Therefor I made now changes in email comfiguration with SMTP Authenticated, and now i got mail from my websites form again in my mailsystem. Everything works now.
Sorry for all this. Bad or missing communication from the web-provider about new safety procedures 21/2.2017 - on that time I got mail problem.
Well it is solved. That's the most importand thing.
They should give good information about changes like this way in advanced and set the SMTP option also way in advanced open.
