THE ORIGINAL WEB SITE WAS CENTERD PERFECTLY AND HAD A YELLOW THEME. IT HAS BEEN THEIR WEBSITE FOR YEARS! I DID THE STUPID UPDATE YOU POSTED JUST NOW AND IT HAS SCREWED UP THE ENTIRE WEBSITE! THE ORIGINAL THEME IS GONE, REPLACED BY A BLUE THEME. THE WEBSITE IS NO LONGER CENTERED! WHAT THE HECK!?!?!? I AM NOT INTERESTED IN EXCUSES OR APOLOGIES. RESTORE THE ORIGINAL TEMPLATE THE WAY IT WAS OR THIS IS THE FINAL VERSION OF YOUR PRODUCT I WILL BUY AND I WILL POST HOW YOU DESTROYED MY CLIENTS WEBSITE EVERYWERE ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND IN REVIEW WEBSITES. TYHIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND IT'S NOT THE FIRTS TIME, BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME.

Did you use a custom template or a template available in the program?
Is the template still visible in the program?
Can you please write me the link to the website and also send me a screenshot of the preview or of how it should look like?

Claudio, I used one of your templates and it is no longer visible in the program. This isn't the first time this has happened. The first time it happened years ago I was told "sorry that template is no longer part of the program." A bullshit answer, but what could I do. As for sending you anything, it's too late for that as I was forced to redesign their website and give them some lame excuse as to why I had to do it. They were and are not happy and I'm probably going to lose the client.
Using the "waybackmachine" online, I can show you the basic template which your company was providing and which I used to build the site for the client:

That template has disappeared. I had to hastily build a new site and they are not happy:

Hello Gabriel,
The templates, in case are not present in the current version, can be exported from the previous version as IWTPL in step 2 Custom Library http://help.websitex5.com/en/v13/pro/modello_libreria.htm and then imported in the program in the same section by clicking on Import and then selecting the IWTPL file.
In this way you will be able to use also older templates.
