Website x5 has stopped working

hello, I made an upgrade from website 5x evolution12 to website x5 evolution 13, but I can't install it. The message is "incomedia website x5 evolution has stopped working a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you a solution is available". I turn off my computer and reinstall the program but it still no working.
What can I do?
