Error when updating from prof 13.02.19 64 bit to 13.05.27

I am facing this problem in both windows 7 pc as well as windows 8.1 pc ( both 64 bit ). Please advise urgently.

Ramgopal, since it "appears" the automatic download and update has failed, you could click on your profile and download the latest version, then do a full install.
