Check if it works with a domain email address. It may not work with free addresses such as gmail or yahoo.

You can also try to change to a different php version, e.g. back to 7.3 or up to 8.0.

Are you using a Gmail address as the sender email?

You should always use a domain email address for the scripts in the online store.

1. It used to work earlier.
2. It seems to be a php syntax issue.
3. I am trying to notify a user email address, not sender about form submission as shown in the png file. Anyway, domain email address being used for testing. Problem still continuing.
4. I am trying different php versions, shall confirm that as well.

I am still requesting for your help on this one.

Thanks

I managed to fix the code as per the highlighted section and it works fine now.

Can you please ensure that the next release does not bring back the bug?

Thanks

Is Aleancat.com your domain? Why is the V10 still up here? Are you currently working with the latest version? Did you copy the project to a subfolder? If so, what data did you enter in "URL of the website"?
We need more detailed information, because if your project is not normally on the server, there may be problems.

Hello Ramgopal

I can confirm that the error is known and is due to specific configurations of your Contact Form object.

It will officially be solved in the next update of the software so that it won't occur again

Thank you for your patience as we keep on working on this

Stefano
