Dear Website,

A have a WebSite X5 v12 and v13 both.

My problem is in the v13 that the menu background image disappear while scrolling the page in responsive mode. Only the hamburger menu visible. But in v12 it works fine. How can I do it in v13 version?

Thank you for your help,

fitomed

The feature you are probably looking for in V13 is in Step two, Customisation, Scroll Page Options.

This replaces and supersedes Step 1, Template Style, Responsive Template Stucture, Menu in V12

Thank you for your answer, I know that.

But the menu BACKGROUND IMAGE disappear while scrolling the page, NOT THE MENU!

Did you work it out?

You can add a background colour and/or image to the scrolling menu, and/or you can also add a logo if you wish under the heading Company Logo.

Thank you for your answer.

But in this case when scrolling the page in desktop view, the main menu disappear and appears the hamburger menu. See the attachment for details!

Yes fitomed, that's because the width of your logo plus the width of all your menu items together is greater than the width of your page.

If you remove the logo the full menu should appear.

If you narrow each menu item and reduce the logo width you might be able to scroll the whole menu in desktop view.

You could try making the logo the background and setting the scrolling menu to full width, most of the time your menu should not overwrite the logo.

Thank you for your response.

I just make my website like this: www.fanaticjump.hu

It works fine, but it's made with v12 evolution. In desktop view the menu always wisible (not hamburger menu...!), in responsive mode the menu always visible too! Without any problems!!!

I just want to make it with v13 evolution. How???

Thank you for your help!

fitomed, with V13 you can recreate the menu exactly the same, just don't include any graphics in the scrolling menu.

Ok, but if I not include any graphics, how can I make that the menu and the menu background always visible in responsive mode (menu backround with logo and the hamburger menu) and in desktop view the menu (normal! not hamburger menu) always visible without any logo or graphics? Just as made in v12 pure and simply...

As I said above, you could try making the logo the background and setting the scrolling menu to full width, most of the time your menu should not overwrite the logo.

Template, customisation, page scroll options

In Template, Customisation, Template Structure you could achieve the same thing when the menu is not scrolled by adding your logo to the left hand side of the header background and set background colour to black for all resolutions below desktop (and set the menu to transparent)

I reckon it would look better than your V12 version :-)
