Unable to add a image background to a cell since latest update

Hi,
I have just started a new site with Pro 13 and it wont let me add an image to the cell background. I just finished another project and it was fine. Its only started happening since the latest update.

I notice this also, and on other spaces as well, pictures are there then they are gone.
If you set some effect then they work, if they then dissapear again and you set the effect off then they work again, it looks like last update some objects are working very strange, not only pictures.
Try to set an effect, like opacity to 90%, it helpped me. Let me now if this helpes you as well.

Your suggestion seems to be working. I have also noticed that when an image is put into a background if you don’t apply an effect, the program is not saving them in the preview images folder and when it does it saves them as unknown files with non-descript file names. So, it seems the latest update may be the problem. Thank you very much for your help.

After many hours I eventually made the background images appear in preview, and after export to disk the cells looked fine in firefox, but when uploaded to the web the graphics were nothing like they should have been. Applying the 90% opacity fixed it.
