I just purchased 55 credits but they are not showing up in my portal. Is there something else that needs to be done?

I have split your message here so to help you better and avoid confusion on the other post.
I can see you credits have been regularly activated on your profile, I can also see you have already purchased some objects (helpcenter.websitex5.com/it/community/utenti/840521/credits), so I assume you could solve the issue, isn't it?
