Import Bought Project

I just bought the AID_Insurance and am trying to run the import wizard. I double click on the project AID_Insurance.iwzip and it errors out.
"An error occurred while loading thie Project. (Object reference not set to an instance of an object)"
It opens X5 Pro 12 to try the import. Please help.

Never mind, i opened it up in Pro 13 and it worked. No issues here

thank you for contacting us.
I just wanted to inform you that all the Full Templates have been created with version 13 therefore it is not possible to open them with a previous version of the software because it does not have all the functions in it.
I'm glad to know that you are able to use your project now, enjoy!
