Social Icons Object Isn't Installed  en

I am trying to edit the Social Media links in the Footer of the Restaurant Template that I purchased from Incomedia. There is a message that says "The Social Icons object isn't installed." Refer to the attached screen shot.

I'm using X5 Professional 13, and I believe it includes all the Social Media features. I don't understand this message and I don't know how to fix this problem.

Please let me know how to get access to the Social Media buttons and edit their links.

There are many objects that you can install later, the social icon object is one of them. Some are free some are not.

You can find them in any page in step4, press top right buttun manage, then use button on top to refresh / update this page.

Look for the social part and install the free social icons. thats it, press ok and you have the social icons, you can select them by using the the filter next to the manage button on any page or in the header or footer. In your  case it's already in the template so they should directly work.

I followed the steps you provided above, however, nothing has changed. The message still says "The Social Icons object isn't installed." Therefore, I still cannot access any of the Social features in order to enter my own links. Very sad!
