Background video with overlaid menu at top  en

I need to rebuild one of my websites (www.powerball-club.com) because the navbar is in Flash and the site looks bad on smartphones. My supplier recently rebuilt his using a looped video as a background for the home page only. He also has his menu in parallax view superimposed on this video (see www.powerballs.com).

His site was not made with X5 but I was sure X5 could do this which is why I purchased v13. The trouble is I cannot figure out how to do it so that the menu sits on top.

Any suggestions would be warmly welcomed please.

Hi Adrian,

thank you for your message.

With WebSite X5 it is possible to create a parallax effect in the page, but unfortunately not under the menu or in the header.

A trick would be to hide the proper menu and create one by using the Text Object and activating the Parallax effect in the cells involved. If you find a custom code to get this feature, this code can also be added in WebSite X5.

Please let me know if I can be of any help. Kind regards.
