X5 Pro Version Shopping cart  en

I am considering buying the Pro Version of X5.

1. Does the "Buy Now" button still appear in the order confirmation in this version, and if yes can it be removed?

2. Is there an option to include the order number,date and shipping costs in the email/CSV

3. Are there any other major benefits to the shopping cart in X5 Pro?

Thanks. Compared the two versions. Didn't really answer my csv question though. Can the csv file contain the order number, date, and shipping charges?

The buy now button has been an issue now for 18 months or more. Given how much X5 has progressed since version 3 surely it can't be that much of a programming task to include another 3 fields in the order confirmation email!!!!

If those two issues were addressed this qwould make X5 the best choice over the competition without a doubt.

Did you already made an IDEA post for your wishes? Else please do (again) Maybe Incomedia can do this for you in a future version.

I don't think there is difference in the pro version regarding the csv file.

Hi Andre, I did post an Idea , about 18 months ago, as have many others. Still not done. The reason I purchased the Pro was because Claudio recommended it and said it would do what i needed. It doesn't. I will be seeking s refund and going back to the standard version. Thanks for your reply

I understand your point and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

Please let me explain why we did not take the "Buy now" button off. If your customer accidentally closes the payment page he or she would have to place the order once more. By having the possibility of clicking on "Buy now" on the order confirmation, he or she would not have to do this, and, moreover, this gives your customers the chance of paying later. This option is therefore a way of being more customer-friendly, and I am very sorry to read that you do not agree with that. 

Anyway, as I have mentioned, we do take our users' ideas into consideration, so, with reference to this post: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/post/171417 I cannot but apologize if your ideas have not been implemented yet, but as I said, we might take them into consideration for the future.
