Under Profile, My registration is labelled as Cancelled?

I have not been receiving offers or other emails from Incomedia. When I enter my profile and click on update preferences I am unable to activate offers or anything else as the page header is saying Registration is Cancelled.
I havent cancelled anything and apart fromhaving been using WEBX since V8 and all versions since, I have also just purchased WEBX-13Pro. Can someone please remove the "Cancelled" from my profile so that I can start receiving offers etc.
Also, Why does Incomedia not have any contact details such as email address or telephone?? This long winded method of trying to sort out problems belongs in the 1990's

Can you please post a screen shot of the page, so I can see what happens? Are you referring to the newsletters? In this case just enter your e-mail address on our website to subscribe again: http://www.websitex5.com/en/

We have checked and both e-mail addresses and as far as we know you have disabled the newsletters for both *** (current e-mail) and *** .
